Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 1 week notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a 50% refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation less than 48 hours of tour will not receive a refund. Tours go out rain or shine, but if our guides determine that conditions are not safe, customers be given the option to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, customers will receive a full refund. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule. No-shows will be charged full price.
